- 1 tsp gram flour

- 1/2 tsp garam masala
Instructions to make Paneer tikka
- Cut onions in quarters and collect each layer, you will have the onion petals. Keep aside.
- Cut the capsicum and deseeded them. Cut them in quarters. Keep aside.
- Cut the tomato into cubes. Keep aside.
- In a large mixing bowl add the hung curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, gram flour. Mix well.

- Cut paneer into cubes. Add them to the mixing bowl. Add the onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and tomatoes into that bowl. Mix everything well.



- Now cover the marinade paneer and veggies. Keep in Refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Now it's time to roast the paneer tikka. I have used a grill pan. You can grill in a microwave oven also.
- First, grease the pan using a brush with 1/2tsp butter. When the grill pan will get hot place the tikka skewers on it. Grill about 4-5 mins on each side. After this, you can put it over direct flame for 20-30 seconds on each side.
- Now paneer tikka is ready. Sprinkle some chat masala over the tikka. Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
