- 4 slices bread (any),
- 2 tbsp dahi,
- as per taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder,
- 1 cucumber
- 1 med sized onion,
- 1 green chilli chopped finely,
- as per need Herbs.. . Oregano,
- as required Basil,
- as per taste Butter for toasting,
Instructions to make Curd Cucumber Sandwich
- Firstly whisk dahi, mix salt & black pepper powder, keep aside.
- Cut cucumber & onion into roundals, keep aside.
- Now arrange slices on a dish, spread curd.
- Arrange cucumber & onion onto the slices. Add green chilli also. Sprinkle black pepper powder & herbs. Cover it with the other slice.
- Pre heat the griller, brush some butter, place the sandwich.
- Place the sandwich, brush lil butter on the upper side too.
- Grill it until brown. Make all the sandwiches in the same manner.
- Take out in a serving dish, cut diagonally. Serve it with chutney, sauce or dip.
